Shipping and returns

1. Shipping

• We ship within Colombia. The shipping cost is calculated at purchase time and shown before confirming.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and the city; we share them when the order is dispatched.
• You will receive the tracking number to follow your order when it is available.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under Law 1480 of 2011, you may withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days following delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Write to [TO BE DEFINED: email] including your order number.

3. Returns and exchanges

• Defective or incorrect product: we replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
• Withdrawal: we refund the product value; return transport costs are agreed case by case according to the regulation.
• For hygiene reasons, some opened or used products cannot be returned through withdrawal.

4. Refunds

Refunds are made through the same payment method within the deadlines set by law (up to 30 calendar days for withdrawal). We confirm every step through the registered email or phone.
